JBoss Tools 3.1 and Eclipse 3.5

I'm having an Issue with Jboss tools(3.1) on Eclipse 3.5. The Installation from the Zipped Archive completed Successfully. Imported a Seam Project and Oberved i could not drag components off the design pallete unto the design view of Eclipse, funny enough i can drag these same components unto the code view of Eclipse.This happens with .xhtml pages. Followed the Instruction on the FAQ of adding JSF Support and that still dosent seem to fix it. Any Help will be appreciated. I'm Running Ubuntu 10.04

Anything in Eclipse log?

Im not too good at understanding Eclipse Log files. The log content is relatively large, attached it as a file.

Has the functionality worked on previous versions of studio?

I had Same Eclipse(3.5) running on Windows 7, but had the JBossTools-Update-3.1.0.v200910281724M-H247-M4 version of JBoss tools. Everything worked well.Tried installing the same version in Eclipse on Ubuntu 10.04, had some dependency issues and had to settle for the Jboss Tools 3.1 GA

Cant Seem to Resolve the Issue, would Probably keep working with the code View on my current Project till i find a solution to the Issue!. Thanks for all the Help though!
