Automatic failback in 2.1.0?

First off, congrats on the 2.1.0CR1 release!  Great to see all the hard work going into HornetQ.

I was under the impression that automatic failback in HA mode would be added in this release.  However, the release notes and the documentation seem to indicate otherwise.  I couldn't find this issue being tracked in JIRA.  Is it actually scheduled for 2.1.0 or some later release?  Thanks!
