I've never used CodeCover, but any tool that can execute JUnit tests should be able to run JSFUnit. Can you tell us a bit about how this tool is trying to execute your tests?

But I don't have time to figure it out. You should also look at the Cactus site, especially this page: http://jakarta.apache.org/cactus/integration/manual/index.html
Lastly, you'll need to make sure that you are using the JSFUnitServletRedirector instead of Cactus' ServletRedirector.
