    Blacktie 2.0.0.M4 Released

    tomjenkinson

      Dear BlackTie fans,

      I am very happy to be able to announce the availability of the M4 release of BlackTie.

      It can be downloaded from here: http://www.jboss.org/blacktie/downloads.html

      The release notes are, as always, available here: http://www.jboss.org/blacktie/release.html

      One of the main tasks we have completed with this release is to finally add our artifacts to the JBoss maven repository. So if you are building a pure Java XATMI application, you don't even need to download our distribution as the artifacts are available here: http://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public/

      Even if you are not using Java, all the artifacts are in the maven repository, the main benefit this gives you is that we have uploaded all the third party dependencies to the maven repository so you don't need to build all the dependencies if you are on one of the following platforms:

      • Fedora 10 64 bit
      • Fedora 12 32 bit
      • CentOS 5.4 64 bit
      • Windows XP/Windows 2003 (or any platform Visual C++ 9 is available for) 32bit

      Thanks to all the team, they have worked very hard to deliver this!

      Tom
