Floatable rich:tab

Hi

is there any way we can make Rich:tabpanel floatable?? meaning i have a Rich:tabpanel included in an page on click of rich:tab content of rich:tab should overlap on the existing page  content.So Rich:tab should be flotable..

Please give suggestions

try CSS like

.rich-tabpanel{

position:absolute;

}

position:absolute;  is not working for tabpanel

i tried absolute position in palin CSS it is working for text overlapping but not working for table overlapping

any other clues please
