rich:picklist - source list on the right side?

Is it possible to configure the picklist with the source list on the right side and the target list on the left?  My product manager appears to think that this is a more intuitive way for the component to work.  In any event, I do not see a simple way to do this.

Appreciate any help/suggestions that are out there....

use ListShuttle. It's a bit more complex (requires converter for objects and equals/hasCode definitions for them) but it act's not just as standard select with selectItems(left side) and value(right list). But has two valueExpression attributes (sourceValue and targetValue) - so you will be able to manage sourceValue as value

I thought you might say that .  I was hoping for the quick & easy...  Could I suggest a cool enhancement to picklist where you can specify on which side (left or right) the select data is?
