rich:toolBar overflow past width?

If I have a toolBar that contains many dropDownMenus what happens when I go past the width of the toolBar?  Does it truncate words, drop down and expand the height and keep going on a new line, hide the menus that are past the width or something else?

Looks like it completely ignores width if the contents goes over.  The toolbar will continue to scroll horizontally

It's just rendered as one-line table. So if the width of content is more that defined - it will be stretched.
