Are you using any additional scripts other than run.sh?

From the command prompt you can run the run.sh script and pass it either 0.0.0.0 (see that wiki about why this isn't recommended for production setup) or pass it the exact IP on which you want the server to be accessible.

I edit it adding -b IP , and now it work well.
