rmu Jul 6, 2010 11:34 AM (in response to rmu)Some additional info: Parsing of name of the current thread (see text under P.S.) doesn't work, because with unified invoker is the name something like "http-0.0.0.0-8080-1", but without UInvoker it's correct: "WorkerThread#0[172.12.11.104:4175]".
So, I'm thinking: it's not possible to obtain client's IP address in EJB3 methods invoked with UInvoker.If somebody has better answer I'll be glad to to read itR.
P.S.
I found solution only for EJB3 without unified invoker on anothers "web-places". I must agree with the poster of mentioned link that this is not the best imaginable solution, but works.
