Respin of M1 required because of JSF RI issue

For M1 we upgraded to the recently released JSF RI 2.0.3.  This had an issue in it that is causing https://jira.jboss.org/browse/RF-8937 and other issues.

We need to downgrade RI back to 2.0.2 ( the same as with Alpha2 ).  I will repost bits, so QE can begin testing asap.

I have completed the respin of M1.  The release version is now 4.0.0.20100715-M1 and is staged :

Please note - I tried to fix the staging issue with a stage profile in richfaces-parent.  It starts to solve the problem, but there is still an issue with how poms are inheriting repository settings, and/or profile info.

To try it use the -P jboss-public-stage profile, and set mirror information to exclude it ( assuming you are using jboss dev maven settings ).  We can try for a better stage solution after the release ( likely moving to maven 3 ).
