Browser Lookup of URL http://:/

I discovered that when I call my richfaces jsf site there are some URL requests for http://:/

My guess is that these requests are cause by the prototype.js framework.

I was not able to get serach results foe http://:/ so i write this thread to get to know if someone has already faced what causes these requests.

The same problem is mentioned in http://community.jboss.org/thread/154145?tstart=30. We are investigating it now. Can you please provide information requested in that thread?
