Is able JBoss On monitors Apache, MySQL and JVM (Java Virtual Machine)?

Yes to all three - Apache via the apache plugin, MySQL via the mysql plugin, and the JVM via the jmx plugin. See http://www.rhq-project.org/display/JOPR2/Managed+Servers for a list of the types of servers RHQ can monitor and what metrics, operations, child services, etc. they expose. Note, these docs are only updated periodically; for the very latest list of plugins provided by RHQ, check out the source code from the master branch and look under the modules/plugins directory.
