MDB JMS session configuration

Is there anyway to configure the JMS session a JBOSS MDB sits on to be non transacted?

It looked like JBoss hard-coded the session to be transacted.

As has been discussed before, it does. Either JTA or JMS transactions
depending on the ConnectionFactory used.

How can I specify which connectionfactory is being used by an MDB ?
