Testcase for HHH-5315

Hi,

I've added a testcase for HHH-5315 (AuditJoinTable rows are no longer flushed to the database) as you asked.

However, it's quite a difficult setup to reproduce the issue and I am very curious if you succeeded in reproducing my problem.

If you have any hints what's causing it then I'd be glad to investigate further and create a patch file.

Hey,

I think I reproduced the issue with a test that uses JTA for tx management. I also commited a fix, which is more then a workaround, but my test passes.

Could you test yours with trunk?
