the question marks mean that the server didn't obtain any availability reports about the resources yet. This should be intermittent and the tree should display the availability as soon as the server receives an availability report from the agent.

The hole day (including night) has passed and it is still without some metrics and the question mark
NOTE: The user, who I'm using in RHQ to connect to MySQL, has full permissions (except create more users)
