JBPM-2773 allow query assigned candidate tasks

Hi guys,

In the previous versions, if we want to query by candidate participants by candidates() in TaskQuery.  It will auto execute unassigned() to prevent those tasks which had been taken by somebody.

It caused that we could get those tasks which had been taken, but still have the very candidate participants.

JBPM-2773 will allow us query candidate tasks whatever it had been taken or not.

Looks good to me and it is reasonable to have them separated. You have my vote.
