RichFaces 4.0 and rich:tree

1)Does richfaces 4 still contain the rich:tree component?  Thus far I have been unable to find it, even though the migration document mentions it repeatedly by name.

2)If not, why has this component been removed?

We are certainly going to be migrating the rich:tree component to 4.0, in fact you can check the priority, and plans for nearly all RichFaces components here : http://community.jboss.org/wiki/PrioritizedlistofRichFacescomponentsimplementationin4x

The documentation should have been labeled as "Draft".  If it is not please let us know, or better yet enter a documentation jira.  Some sections of the docs are just not full updated yet, and I'm sorry for the confusion.
