ExtendedDataTable And Group By Column

Hello All,

I am trying to use groupByColumn feature in extended datatable , And I an getting the expected result rows are grouped by the specified column.

But What i need to do is to allow the user to select one group ( Selections on group level ) not on the group details.

Is there any way/workaround to implement this ?

I think no one implemented this before. So, please advice If this is possible to be done in richfaces ? To Customize Group By Column
