Bpm tool and Jboss ESB (newb)

Hi, i'm a total beginner with jboss esb, but i was wondering if it is possible to use a bpm tool, like bonita or intalio and have jboss esb do the intergration part. So doing data mapping and database connections at the esb side. Or do i need different software to do that.

Hi Xaver.

Sure, you can do that and it is a good way to go (conceptually). But actually there are no really good out-of-the-box integrations available. There is a jbpm 3 integration in the SOA plattform, which should be improved (which we did in various projects, but unfortunately that was necessary). So on the technical level it is still a bit tricky...
