Files still under LGPL license ?

    lenkite

      Hi,

(This is my first post in the HornetQ community so I apologize in advance for my ignorance).

It appears that some source files under HornetQ 2.1 are still under the LGPL license. I refer to MessageCounter.java, Identifier.java, Operator.java, RegExp.java, all under hornet\core …

We would like to adopt HornetQ as the default JMS provider bundled with our product (we have a choice between hornetq/activemq), but all LGPL software is ruled out for legal reasons. I would like to enquire whether there are any reasons why these files are still under LGPL when the product is offered under ASL?
