How to cache some xml file after the jboss server starts up..?

My requirement is after the jboss server starts it should cache some xml file for some specified amount of time...

Also help me in the below issue...

Actually i was trying to some sample xml file but i am getting some exception...

Access to filesystem is not allowed, you should implement a MBean to hold this information.
