REST stuff moved and integrated with main build

In my latest HornetQ SVN commit I:

* moved all the HornetQ REST stuff into the HornetQ SVN

* integrated REST build into main HornetQ build and distro targets

* upgraded maven binaries to 2.2.1

* bumped HornetQ version to 2.2.0.CR1
