JBoss 3.2.6 - can I get a notification about fully started AS?

I have a JBoss application with service class extending ServiceMBeanSupport.

Can I somehow get a notification/callback when the JBoss is fully started (that is, when this is logged: [org.jboss.system.server.Server] JBoss (MX MicroKernel) [3.2.6 (build: CVSTag=JBoss_3_2_6 date=200410140106)] Started in 57s:69ms)?
