Outlook 2010 socila networking surprise

I just noticed this and thought I would mention it. I am using Outlook 2010 which provides integration with social networks and various social networking features. I noticed that for all emails for forum notifications that Richard Opalka's name shows up in the social network bar:

If Richard was in, for example LinkedIn, and had his picture uploaded, it would show up. I'm not sure if Richard knows this or is OK with it - apparently his email is somehow linked to the [e-mail] email, or is in some other way connected with the notification messages sent out by the forum.

I checked some of newsletters and other semi-spam that I get and noticed that for most of them that a generic or company name was listed in the social netwrok bar.
