how do create spilitter

hi
i want to create a spilitter in my application
for that i am using<z:spillter> from zk-zul libraray.
does using richfaces i can create a spillter.
spillter is a way to divide the page in two or more parts and each part is scrollabele.

We implemented set of layouts components. but these components isn't resizable. actually resizable SplitPanel planned to future versions starting from 4.0
