peterj Oct 6, 2010 7:24 PM (in response to forumer)I'm not sure what jbosssch.dll did, but I suspect that if it sent a SIGQUIT signal to the java process that the code was specific to 32-bit XP and thus did not work with other versions of Windows. If you look at the service.bat that comes with Jboss AS 5.1.0, you will notice that it uses shutdown.bat to stop the app server.
