But as I wrote in my previouse post, label attribute doesn't work (instead of the value passed there, tab shows its ID as a label).
So I used name attribute and it worked.

I forgot to write that I use RichFaces 4 M3.

that changes things in RF 4 for all switchable panels - use header attribute instead of label. Now all attributes names there consistent with facest names.
