I am using rich faces (version- 3.3.1 [richfaces-ui-3.3.1.GA.jar]) for UI development. I see that the java script error comes out wherever we use the rich:tree component. I am not able to figure out the issue. Please guide me on this to get rid of java script error. I have attached the scree shot of the error message for your reference.

does update to 3.3.3 Final is possible for you? It's most stable version so please check if it has the same problem. And please check in firebug for firefox - there will be more info related to error details.

We have completed our development and it is in the UAT phase now. It will be in production in another 20 days. We cannot take risk of updating to the latest version at this time. Is the javascript known bug in 3.3.1 version? Is there any other way to do something with the 3.3.1 version and make it work without the javascript error? We cannot use the Firefox as the web browser, since the requirement is to use the Internet Explorer as the browser.
I'm not asking to update your app for sure - just to check with newest version in order to see if this is something which we already fixed. Then you will be able to plan update to 3.3.3. In other case - we should explore issues more.
P.S. if will the same with 3.3.3 - show the code.
