Jboss 5.1 - startup fails

I'm still new to Jboss, due to a new release of an application I need to update Jboss from 4.2 to Jboss 5.1 . At this time I just have a "default" installation and I am unable to bring up the default page localhost:8080. I get the following error:

19:08:19,620 WARN  [AbstractDeploymentContext] Unable to register deployment mbean ServiceBindingManager

javax.management.InstanceAlreadyExistsException: jboss.deployment:id="ServiceBindingManager",type=Component already registered.

I'm not sure "why" it's already registered. Yes I do ahve 4.2 installed on the same host, but it is shutdown.

Any help or pointers appreciated.

Do you start the JBoss 'as is' after installation? This should work.

Can you attach the server.log and the startup parameter/environment?
