2) flash player version could cause some issues. check it in firefox.

Flash Player 10.1
The issue seems to be isolated to authorization with WebLogic. I can see the http request gets sent and WebLogic denies it. I guess the request is missing some of the fields. If it will help I can go back and capture request and response.
