Grouped Suggestion

Hi,
Is it somehow possible to create a grouped Suggestion box?

My target is to create a Suggestion box like this:

First Group
 Group Suggest 1
 Group Suggest 2
Second Gruop
 Group Suggest 1
 Group Suggest 2

Has somebody done this before or a tip how to solve this?
The Contents would be some simple Strings, a List for Frist Group and a List for the second.

not possible out of the box. suggestion popup has just plain table structure.

How difficult would you say it is to implement it by myself?
Or do you have a idea how i could create a grouped suggestion with some other components?
