Looks like that JBoss5 and 6 are similar for the IDE.

peterj Nov 18, 2010 1:28 PM (in response to wdfink)Simple answer: no. IDEs (both NetBeans and Eclipse) look for key files in the JBoss AS directories. The names and locations of those files are always changing from release to release (and from beta to beta). So the question is: can you teach the IDE to look for the possibly renamed files in the new locations? In Eclipse, those key files are defined in a configuration file that is user editable, so you could educate Eclipse to aknowledge JBoss AS 6. The last time I looked at NetBeans, however, the key file locations were embedded within the class files and thus were not editable.
