What I mean is if we use <h:commandLink> as the download button, when we click it at the page, we can gain the download popup window.

But if we use <a4j:commandLink>, when we click it, we will gain the pdf content in the page.

Would you please provide a reasonable answer standing on the framework or lifecycle.

I have <h:commandButton> working fine , so there is no reason to change the code.
