Trouble configuring multiple JBoss instances on one machine

I'm using jboss-4.2.2.GA configured "conf/jboss-service.xml" to use "ports-01" and the server runs. I can access it through the browser on the server through the different port, but it doesn't work from another computer.

I started both services with -b {ipaddress}. The first one works, but the second one behaves as if it was localhost only

Please post the logs that you see on the console when you start that server. Also, what URL do you use from the remote machine to access the server? What does the following command output from the remote machine:

telnet <remote-server-ipadress> 8180

(assuming 8180 is the http port on which the server has started).

Is there any firewall which might be blocking access to the remote server?
