Still jar conflict under JBoss 6.0.0.CR1

Is there any method to avoid the jar conflict between jboss' and my ear's? My ear jars are located at .ear\lib.

So far, I have found many conflict issues like hibernate, axis and xml parser.

If these conflict can not be separated, can anyone confirm this so that I can abandon using JBoss? Really appreciated.
