Migrating from JBoss 4.2.3 GA to EAP 5

Hello,

I am pretty new in working with JBoss.... We have developed an application for JBoss 4.2.3 GA but now we need to migrate it to run on JBoss EAP 5 (we are using liferay for the UI and oracle as database).

Could someone summarize the steps we need to take, give some advice or some kind of information? It would very helpful for us.
