Extended Data Table and Horizontal Scrollbars

Good morning,

I have an extended data table and need to display horizontal scrollbars, however, I do not see anything on the on-line documentation about this.

Does this component support horizontal scrollbars, similar to the SDT

RichFaces 3.3.1 CR1

If so is there an attribute that I need to set or something else that may be causing the horizontal scrollbars not to be displayed when the contents is too wide to be shown in the visible area.

see the link above. currently you could use for example some scrollable container around the table.

A common DIV tag with scrolls can act as a scrollable container Ilya refers to.

Using a at top of extended data grid can be a temporary solution.
and at style can use overflow-x:auto;overflow-y:hidden...to show horizontal scrollbar...
It will be better in next version if we can get inbuilt scrollbar with column freezing feature...I have already voted for it
