Respin of M5 for RF-10121 needed

Hi All,

Just a quick heads up, I'll be updating the 4.0.0.20101226-M5 tag with the single change needed for RF-10121. 

It is important that the archetypes work correctly.  I will update the release jira when completed.

This has been completed.  There was a minor change in the archetype code only.

I have updated the tag, and restaged the the 4.0.0.20101226-M5 Release to resolve RF-10121
