No automatic republish of EAR in JBoss Tools

Hi there!

I'm using Eclipse Version: Helios Service Release 1 and JBoss Tools.

I have a Enterprise application deployed as EAR on JBOSS 5.1.

When I make some changes in the code and the workspace is rebuilt I see the "republish" and subsequent "synchronized" messages in the Servers tab however the application doesn't get redeployed?

I've set in the server settings "Automatically publish after a build event" and also disable incremental publishing, but it did not help...

Any ideas anyone?

use the touch button in toolbar to touch the descriptor and AS will reload it

OR

manually edit a descriptor to triger reload

OR

use Full republish of the module to trigger it forcefully

All of the above worked for me.

However, I was looking for full republish upon rebulid event.

This is what does not work for me.

so you want full republish when just one file changes, even if just a html or .js file ?

Then I suggest you enable "Deploy as zipped" instead of as default exploded.

Since my project is EJB only - yes I need full republish every time.

Did you mean "Deploy projects as a compressed archives" in the Deployment tab of JBoss configuration?
