JBoss 6as - JCE provider failing

I was wondering if there was a solution posted to the issue that is currently pending at: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBAS-7882

I want to put JBoss 6 into production mode but this is the only thing that is stopping us.  Does anyone have any solutions to work because the 3 workarounds given do not work with JBoss 6 Final + Oracle/Sun JDK 6 1.6.0_23 + BouncyCastle (bcprov-jdk16-145 and  bcpg-jdk16-145).  I have even downloaded and updated my JRE security with JCE Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files 6.

Looking at that JIRA comments it hasn't been fixed yet. It has been marked to be fixed for 6.0.1, though.
