A4J is undefined in IE8 using richfaces

Hello,

I getting a 'A4J' is undefined in IE8 trying to run the sample from the richfaces manual. It appears that when the page is rendered that the A4J javascript is not being inserted into the html head tag for the A4J javascript files. Any help would be appreaciated.

I am using WAS 6.1 server with JSF 1.1 and Richfaces 3.1.5.GA.

IIya,
we have discovered that the RichFaces is not working when we have the IBM Enhanced Java Server Faces enabled in the project properties while using RAD 7.5.

Is there any support for this or do you have any recomendations on how to handle this?
