what is ForceRender? strange issue

<a4j:ajaxListener type="org.ajax4jsf.ajax.ForceRender" />

will render the whole page? or the table in which the clicked button is?
I have not some sufficient document on this.

I have encountered a strange issue. After deleting a table row using ajax with ForceRender, the top row's first column becomes the last column's value. it happens only for the top row.

This listener usage not needed in 3.2.0 and higher versions(since we started invokeOnComponent using).

check our repeat sample at richfaces-demo. Particular cells update works without it.
