RF 3.3.3 error deploying in JBoss AS 6

I just downloaded RichFaces 3.3.3 and am trying to deploy it in JBoss AS 6. However, I get exception and it fails to start...

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error visiting resource: VFSResourceContext @ org/richfaces/model/ClassicCacheableTreeDataModel.class / BaseClassLoader@206c9a{vfs:///C:/se.rte/jboss/server/appiq/deploy/999se.war}, visitor: org.jboss.scanning.annotations.plugins.GenericAnnotationVisitor@19c5217

Caused by: java.lang.reflect.MalformedParameterizedTypeException

BTW: JBoss verison is 6.0.0.Final.
