simple theme

Hi
I want to create page using simple theme, but I need to change something.
Page height is always 100% (footer is always in the bottom of the page).
Also I want to change some padding values on the page.
Please clarify. how I can do that?

1) Height of the page is equals to body height. Just HTML related question. Nothing special to themes and RF in general.
2) use rich-* classes listed in our guide to change paddings and so on.

Please help me, could someone please point me to the right way (drop the piece of code) how I can fix the height of page (always 100%) ?
