I just upgraded a Seam 2.1.1 application to use Richfaces 3.3.1. After doing so, I get the JavaScript error in the title (line 203 of jquery.js) when clicking an a4j or h commandLink on only one of several pages in my application. I have been trying to remove things piece by piece to identify the problem but as yet have been unable to do so. I do notice that after clicking an a4j:commandLink on te same page that shows a modal dialog, the other links begin working without the JavaScript error.
I don't know if this is a Richfaces or jQuery problem. Has anyone else seen this issue after upgrading?
I have narrowed down the problem to a modified jQuery plugin for form field dirty flag checking. Looks like it may be caused by a pseudo selector defined as a string.
