rich:editor not rendered in portlet

Hi,

I am using richfaces3.3.3 and the new portlet bridge 2.1.0_FINAL to run portlets on a LifeRay6.0.5 portal.

I try to include a rich:editor component in a rich:modalPanel but the rich:editor component is not rendered at all.

This happens with IE 8 and FireFox 3.6.12

I read that this was a known problem in earlier releases of the portlet bridge but in 2.1.0_FINAL Version it should be fixed.

I included my web.xml and faces-config.xml.

The file News.xhtml contains the rich:editor markup.

Any help?

We currently only support rich:editor on GateIn - and even then it is a tricky component on IE.

Let me know if you have time to troubleshoot the issue and submit a patch for Liferay.

Is there any documentation which describes what you have to do if you want to use rich:editor on GateIn?

Sounds like it is not straight forward there either.

Could you pass me a link?
