Scrolablle data table performance issue

Hi,

I'm trying to use scrollable data table when loading a large number of rows(rows loaded at a time:100).

It seems that when loading rows this component refreshes the whole page. This behaviour its rather disturbing from a look/feel point of view.

Can something be done to reload only the scrollable data table?

Please provide a sollution or alternative.

do you see the same at richfaces-demo?

All the page should not be updated really. We have no more such reports. So please show your code if will not find anything.

Yes..I have noticed the same behaviour in richfaces demo. Please scroll directly to the bottom of the table and see how the screen is reloaded:

But surely there must be a way because it doesn't seem right to reload the entire page.
