rich:collapsiblePanel f:facet name="header" doesn't work (M6)

Hi there,

It worked in earlier Milestones, but is ignored now.

I need to apply some custom formatting to the collapsiblePanel header, so header attribute of the panel itself is not an option

use headerExpanded and headerCollapsed. We switched to two facets usage in order to have more flexible states customization.

Sorry to be a thread necromancer, but the vdldoc is still not updated: http://docs.jboss.org/richfaces/latest_4_3_X/vdldoc/rich/collapsiblePanel.html still mentions the header facet.
