JBPM console "InProgress" state question

Hi forum,

I developed a client that updates the state of a task in a user task list.

But I got to a point when I don't understand the state "InProgress", because once I signal a task as "InProgress" it stops showing up in my JBPM console.

Is this the normal behavior?

Hi there,

yes that's the correct behavior, if you complete a task the user that complete it should not see it anymore in the incomming or pending tasks that he/she needs to work on.

You can create a separate list of completed tasks if you want.
