I developed a webapplication using jsf-tomcat-richfaces.
There is a problem in opening. In its first trial it goes to localhost,
consequently nothing seen. And second trial the page opens.
I was notified that problem had nothing to do with tomcat. It
is to do with webapp itself.
what I want to know whether anything of richfaces forced the
page to localhost.
Or any possible reasons directs the page to localhost in first attempt to open the page

I will appreciate, if you provide anything about possible reasons of this problem.
